Who we are
Aurapa Ltd is a commercial finance brokerage based in Coventry, England. We are an Appointed Representative of Commercial Finance Network Corporation Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under number 796413.
What we collect
When you enquire through our website, our calculators, our advertising forms or by phone, we may collect your name, contact details, and financial and business information necessary to assess and process a finance enquiry, such as income, deposit, property details and credit history you choose to share.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess your enquiry, to contact you about it, to introduce you to advisers within the Commercial Finance Network and to lenders where appropriate, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. The legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a brokerage.
Who we share it with
We share your information with Commercial Finance Network Corporation Ltd and with lenders relevant to your case. We do not sell your information. Service providers that process data for us, such as form and messaging providers, do so under their own published safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your case and to meet regulatory record keeping requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
